Lloydie is an improviser from Nottingham who performs with award winning group The Maydays and also with the team he formed in Nottingham, Rhymes Against Humanity – the improvised musical. He also performs with Liam Webber in The Clones – An Improvised Play. He performs and teaches around the world and is the host of The Improv Chronicle Podcast, a documentary podcast for improvisers.
In his day job, Lloydie is the Content Controller of Fun Kids, the UK’s national children’s radio station. Nominated for UK Radio Station of the Year at the 2022 ARIA Awards, Fun Kids produces radio, podcasts and online content from primary school aged children. Previously, Lloydie he has been Deputy Managing Editor of Capital FM East Midlands, Communications Manager for an East Midlands MEP and produced a national radio comedy show in front of a live audience.
In his spare time Lloydie sings, writes and collects nice hand lotions but never all at the same time.
